Our program will include an update from CMPD on Operation SHIELD, a collaborative plan between CMPD and the private sector to identify and secure vulnerabilities during the RNC. This is the first of many meeting designed to open the lines of communication between CMPD and our member hotels in preparation for the convention. CMPD will provide an overview of the different law enforcement agencies involved and their roles in securing the “hard zone” including credentials for employees and guests.
