Successful Collection Drive for Western NC: A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Hotel Community!

A huge thank you to everyone for your support last week in making our collections for Western NC such a success! It’s amazing what our Hospitality community can achieve when we come together.

In collaboration with CRVA, we filled their box truck TWICE with donations! In total, we estimate around 20 pallets of items, heading straight to those who need it most.

A special shoutout to the following hotels that made a significant impact through their donations and support:

- JW Marriott
- Sheraton / Le Meridien
- The Westin
- Fairfield Inn & Suites Uptown
- Marriott City Center
- Ritz Carlton
- AC Hotel / Marriott & Renaissance SouthPark
- Home2 Suites Uptown

Thank you all once again for your efforts. Let’s keep the momentum going! #TogetherWeCan #CommunitySupport #WNCStrong

This year's competition showcased exceptional talent and team spirit across various categories. The Westin triumphed with top honors in both the Taste Test Dessert and Spirit Competition, earning the coveted Golden Toilet Brush with a perfect 10. Le Meridien & The Sheraton Charlotte excelled with first-place finishes in Taste Test Appetizer and Decorate an Executive. Hilton Charlotte Uptown claimed victories in both the Buffer Pad Toss and Bed Making Competition. CRVA demonstrated agility in the Mop Race, while Southpark Marriott Renaissance Inn & AC sped to first in the Tray Race.
